While friends were visiting, we fell into the discussion of the probability that monkeys could randomly type, and compose a work of Shakespeare’s. Inspired by the controversy it sparked, our friend Nick wrote a simulator that is really cute. You can make the monkey type anything you want, and see how long it takes him to get it right. He also does a cute victory dance if he gets it, so try it once with a short word at a fast speed. Find the monkey experiment here.

I have a new house! And I’ve created a whole new web site just to show it off! Go to My First House to see pictures of us pouring money, time and sweat into a home I can finally call me own.
